We understand that sometimes minor changes or adjustments may be needed after you’ve reviewed your final video. Whether it’s a quick touch-up or a more involved re-edit, we offer flexible after-sale support to meet your needs.
Here’s What You Can Expect
Minor Touch-Ups: Quick revisions or tweaks are included at no extra cost, ensuring your video is exactly as you want it.
Re-edits: For more time-consuming adjustments, such as major re-edits or additional content, we’ll provide a new quote based on the scope of work.
File Storage: After delivery, your project files are safely stored in multiple locations for a specified period, as outlined in our terms of service, to prevent any loss.
File Deletion: Once the storage period has ended, we’ll send you a notification email giving you one final opportunity to download your footage and files before they are deleted permanently.
Communication: We keep track of your project and proactively communicate with you about the status of your files and any actions we take.
