Videographer - Roaming Video Service
Looking for a videographer to capture b-roll footage in Sydney for your event, brand or corporate video? Our entry-level service includes one shooter with one camera, capturing a variety of angles for maximum footage. After the shoot, you’ll receive the raw footage, ready for editing. With transparent pricing and a simple booking process, getting the right video coverage is easy.

Practical Information
Setup Time & On-Site Logistics
Meet-up: The videographer will arrive 15 minutes before your chosen start time.
Setup: No setup is required for this service. The videographer can start shooting immediately upon arrival. We recommend booking the start time about 15-30 minutes before your intended shoot time to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Parking arrangements: Please provide information about parking availability on-site, if available.
Prepation and Good-To-Know
Share a brief: Providing a brief a few days before the shoot helps ensure the videographer captures the right footage. Even just an example video will help us understand what the footage is for.
Footage Delivery and Urgency: If you need your b-roll footage urgently, let us know. B-roll typically takes up less storage space than more complex shoots, and we may be able to provide it within a few hours if needed quickly.
Camera Settings and Technical Info: Clients typically choose this service for b-roll footage to complement an existing project. Please consult with your video team and share any specific requirements, such as resolution, log or non-log footage, frame rate, and camera angles.
Not Intended for Long Sessions: The Roaming Video service is designed for capturing short b-roll clips (20s or less), not long sessions or continuous recordings. It’s not suited for events like presentations or interviews.
This video was filmed using our Roaming Video – 3H Service. A videographer was on location with cameras and lighting equipment to capture the visuals. The service includes Raw Footage delivery, and the final edit was completed using our Video Editing Services.
Choosing Your Raw Footage Format
While the distinction below still applies, the size of the original raw footage for the Roaming Video service is typically much smaller due to the nature of the shoot. Since it consists of short clips, the Original Raw Footage is usually more manageable.
Original Raw Footage

How You’ll Receive Your Files
Cloud Delivery (Default Option)
- Files are delivered via Dropbox
- Original Raw Footage may be too large for cloud delivery in some cases
- If cloud delivery isn't feasible, a hard drive can be mailed to you at your expense
Things to Consider for Cloud Delivery
Raw footage is large – Ensure you have sufficient hard drive space before downloading. The average raw footage total size for a Roaming Video shoot is 20GB.
Technical issues can arise – We’re available to assist, but if downloading is unsuccessful, we will need to provide a physical copy at your expense.
Backup your files – We store footage for 90 days as per our T&Cs. After this period, files may be deleted, so we strongly recommend backing them up in at least two separate locations.
Terms of Service to Keep in Mind
Before booking, please review our Terms of Service, as all bookings are subject to these conditions. In particular, we’d like to highlight the following >
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after payment is received. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and do not hold dates.
Payment Terms: A deposit or full payment must be made in advance, before the shoot or any video editing work begins.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Rescheduling a confirmed shoot incurs a A$250 rescheduling fee (excluding GST).
Cancellations: Must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled shoot to avoid forfeiting payments already made.
File Delivery: Raw footage and video edits are delivered only after full payment is received. View-only versions can be shared before payment, but downloads will be disabled.
