If you’re looking for a skilled videographer and DOP in Sydney to film professional looking videos like fashion, branding, food, marketing content, products & advertising, where great image quality is a must but no audio recording is needed, our professional videographer will arrive at your location fully equipped with high-quality cameras and lighting. After the shoot, you’ll receive the raw footage, ready for editing or post-production. With transparent pricing and a seamless online booking process, getting the right video coverage has never been easier.
What's Included in Our Video & Lights Service
- One professional videographer
- Up to 3 4K cameras for multi-angle shoots
- Lighting equipment: Up to 3 lights, Umbrellas, Softbox, Reflector

- Delivery and Post-Support: Original or Processed Raw Footage Delivered within 5 business days via cloud storage, Post-Delivery support and technical help
**By using the booking system, the information you provide is collected and used by Matt Callian Videography in relation to the services we offer. We do not store your card information. When you enter your credit card information in the form, the transaction and card details are handled securely by Stripe. By making a booking, you’re agreeing with our terms of service.
Practical Information
Setup Time & On-Site Logistics
Meet-up: The videographer will arrive 15 minutes before your chosen start time.
Setup: Include one hour of setup time when booking. This time allows for unloading and positioning equipment, location scouting, and setup before recording begins.
Parking arrangements: Please provide information about parking availability on-site. The videographer needs a parking spot close to the recording location due to the amount of equipment involved.
Preparing for the Shoot
Share a brief in advance: Providing a clear brief a few days before the shoot helps ensure the videographer captures the right footage.
For marketing and advertising content: We recommend having someone from your team on-site to assist with talent coordination and content guidance. While the videographer can help direct the shoot, make creative decisions, and provide guidance, your involvement ensures final approvals happen in real-time during filming.
Mood Boards & References: Sharing a series of examples will help us achieve your creative goals by providing a clear vision of the style, tone, and composition you’re aiming for. Whether it’s lighting, framing, or overall aesthetics, having visual references ensures we align with your expectations and bring your concept to life.
Location: Whether it’s a studio, your office, or any other chosen setting, we’d like to know the details in advance so we can prepare for the environment. Factors like space and natural light impact the shoot, and knowing these in advance helps us bring the right equipment and make the best creative decisions.
This video was filmed using our Video & Lights – 3H Service. A videographer was on location with cameras and lighting equipment to capture the visuals. The service includes Raw Footage delivery, and the final edit was completed using our Video Editing Services.
Choosing Your Raw Footage Format
Original Raw Footage
(Recommended for Professional Editors)

How You’ll Receive Your Files
Cloud Delivery (Default Option)
- Files are delivered via Dropbox
- Original Raw Footage may be too large for cloud delivery in some cases
- If cloud delivery isn't feasible, a hard drive can be mailed to you at your expense
Things to Consider for Cloud Delivery
Raw footage is large – Ensure you have sufficient hard drive space before downloading. The average raw footage total size is 50GB.
Technical issues can arise – We’re available to assist, but if downloading is unsuccessful, we will need to provide a physical copy at your expense.
Backup your files – We store footage for 90 days as per our T&Cs. After this period, files may be deleted, so we strongly recommend backing them up in at least two separate locations.
Terms of Service to Keep in Mind
Before booking, please review our Terms of Service, as all bookings are subject to these conditions. In particular, we’d like to highlight the following >
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after payment is received. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and do not hold dates.
Payment Terms: A deposit or full payment must be made in advance, before the shoot or any video editing work begins.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Rescheduling a confirmed shoot incurs a A$250 rescheduling fee (excluding GST).
Cancellations: Must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled shoot to avoid forfeiting payments already made.
File Delivery: Raw footage and video edits are delivered only after full payment is received. View-only versions can be shared before payment, but downloads will be disabled.
