As part of our post-production services, we provide raw footage delivery with all our videography services, whether you opt for shoot-only services or a comprehensive video production package with both shoot and edit. This is included in the price, ensuring that you have full access to all the footage captured during your production.
How We Deliver Your Raw Footage
Depending on the project, footage size, and type of shoot, we make decisions on the best way to deliver your raw footage based on practical experience and common sense. In some cases, you’ll receive what we call the “processed raw footage,” which is a compressed version of the original footage, optimised for easier handling and transfer. In other cases, we may provide the “original raw footage” if needed. We tailor this approach to each project’s specific needs to ensure the most efficient and effective delivery. Processed Raw Footage
- A compressed version of the original raw footage
- Maintains very high quality, but reduced in size for easier cloud transfer and to avoid using too much hard drive space
- Ideal for clients who are not video-savvy and need raw footage that’s easy to handle and transfer
- You won’t notice the compression as the quality remains excellent
Original Raw Footage
- Available for video-savvy clients or production agencies requiring shoot-only services
- Delivered in its original, uncompressed format
- May incur an additional cost
- Might be transferred via HD postage or, for international clients, could be subject to transfer limitations
