Shopple is an on-line service that connects shoppers with local businesses. They offer a live audio-video communication platform so people can call a shop and video-chat instantly with the retail staff,  like being in the shop… but from home (or wherever you want).

In this testimonial video, the guys at HelloCars explain how Shopple has been able to get “bridge the gap” between them and the customers, allowing customers to see the cars on line and make the purchase decision in a more comfortable way, while speaking to a real person on the other side of the video-chat.

The video serves the purpose of marketing Shopple’s services to other potential local business who want to expand into this branch of retail and start selling on line, but still with a personal touch.

This was used in Shopple’s marketing material to try and reach more clients and sign up more business to use their platform.
