The 2025 event, held at the State Library of NSW in Sydney, brought together some of the most influential voices in cybersecurity and insurance, exploring the evolving landscape of digital risk and resilience.

A Comprehensive Video and Photo Package

For this year’s conference, our team delivered a complete videography and photography package, designed to capture both the energy of the event and the substance of the discussions.

We provided:

On-site videography & photography (6 hours) — roaming coverage to capture presentations, audience, and networking moments.
Audio recording — key speakers to give the highlights video an authentic, human touch.
Post-production editing with 7-day turnaround — a 60-second highlight video, optimised in both horizontal (16:9) and vertical (9:16) formats for use across YouTube, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
Event photo editing and fast delivery – same day delivery of a small batch of photos throughout the day, and full photo gallery post-event.

Our workflow included licensed background music, colour grading, and on-brand titling, logo integration, transitions, ensuring the final deliverables were polished and consistent with Emergence’s corporate identity.

Capturing the Energy of Cyber SyncUp

Cyber SyncUp is a gathering of Australia’s thought leaders in cyber risk, insurance, and technology. Our goal was to translate that atmosphere into visuals that felt dynamic and engaging, while maintaining the professional tone expected from a financial and insurance-focused event.

Through a mix of cinematic b-roll, key sound bites from presentations, we created a narrative that celebrates the innovation, expertise, and collaboration at the heart of Cyber SyncUp.

A Quick Turnaround, Without Compromise

Given the event’s tight post-production schedule, our client opted for an urgent delivery add-on, allowing us to provide the first draft within seven days of the conference.

The result was a high-impact video ready for immediate publication across Emergence’s marketing channels, helping them maintain event momentum online and share key moments with their broader audience.
