ISG Provider Lens Awards Ceremony 2022

Throughout the course of the day, we had two videographers on site to ensure that every aspect of the event was captured on camera. The event was split into two distinct sections: the forum and the awards and gala dinner.

Forum

The forum was a three-hour-long event that featured several speakers and presenters discussing various topics. To ensure that we captured the entire forum seamlessly, we used two cameras and microphones. The client wanted an integral recording of the forum, which could be watched later by those who were unable to attend the event. Therefore, we worked hard to create a comprehensive recording of the forum, which showcased the speakers and the audience in the most engaging way possible.

Awards and gala dinner

In addition to the forum, we also recorded the awards and gala dinner. To capture this section of the event, we utilised a three-camera setup. One fixed camera was used to capture the whole photography session, while another fixed camera was positioned to capture the presentations on the stage. We also utilised a roaming camera to capture b-roll footage and visual elements.

Post production

For the forum, we delivered a full, unedited recording cut to two cameras, which allowed those who were unable to attend to see the entire session.

For the awards and gala dinner, we created a highlights video, which showcases the most significant moments of the event. This highlights video was designed to promote the event and increase engagement across different platforms.
