At Matt Callian Videography, we had the opportunity to produce a case study testimonial video for Inkling, a company that transforms workplace learning by making it more engaging, equitable, and evidence-driven. The video highlighted their partnership with Aurecon, a leading design, engineering and advisory firm operating across Asia Pacific.
This production was centred around capturing the impact of Inkling’s sponsorship and inclusion programme at Aurecon—highlighting both the personal stories behind the initiative and the broader outcomes it achieved in promoting diverse leadership and inclusive workplace culture.

Filming at Aurecon’s Sydney CBD Offices
We delivered our Full Setup on-site video production service in Sydney, which includes a multi-camera corporate interview setup, professional lighting and broadcast-quality audio. Filming took place at Aurecon’s Sydney CBD offices, where we recorded multiple in-person interviews with participants and senior leaders who shared their reflections on the programme’s impact.
To help visually tell the story, we also captured a wide range of cinematic b-roll, showcasing Aurecon’s team culture, modern office spaces, and the dynamic working environment fostered through the partnership.
Shaping a Narrative from Multiple Sources
To enhance the video’s depth and global perspective, Inkling also provided:
- Zoom interviews with additional participants from other locations
- Supplied b-roll featuring Aurecon’s offices around the world
We crafted a cohesive and emotionally resonant narrative by weaving together these various elements. The final story featured compelling statements such as:
“The most valuable aspect was being paired with a sponsor that genuinely listens, connects, strategises, and most importantly advocates for you.”
and
“We are walking the talk as we build out an inclusive culture and a sense of belonging for everybody in our organisation.”
These moments cut to the core of the programme’s success: sponsorship that builds genuine leadership pathways and drives meaningful, systemic change.
A Fast Turnaround for an Important Event
Once all footage was in, we worked to a tight deadline to deliver a polished first draft in time for an important event Inkling was attending. The video was screened to a live audience, so it had to be both technically sound and emotionally engaging.
We made sure the final product was ready for the big screen—complete with:
- A strong, clear narrative structure
- Brand styling, including supplied motion graphics, colours and fonts to match the brand’s identity
- Upbeat, inspirational music to match the tone and energy of the message
- Carefully chosen cutaways and visuals to support the themes of inclusion, growth and partnership
The Outcome
The final video told a professional, people-focused story of a successful collaboration between Inkling and Aurecon. It demonstrated the power of structured sponsorship to build inclusive leadership and drive cultural change from the top down.
For us, it was also a great example of what we specialise in—helping organisations tell authentic, polished and impactful stories through high-quality video production.
