VIDEO PRODUCTION NOTES
AHP Medical commissioned and produced this recruitment video for one of their clients, Shire Doctors and Dentists, a medical facility located in Caringbah, Cronulla Area, South of Sydney.
The video aims at introducing the medical clinic to prospective job applicants, making the job application process more enticing.
Attracting the right candidate is a crucial part of any business, and a recruitment video helps making the job advertisement more direct, clearer, easier to digest and more pleasant for the searcher.
With a recruitment video, the applicant can immediately get a visual representation of the location, working facilities and offices, management, staff, directors, the culture, and the type of work that the advertiser is requiring.
In this instance, the Shire Doctors and Dentists offers an attractive working location and a state of the art working environment, which we deliberately emphasised during the video production process.
For the video production, AHP Medical and Shire Doctors and Dentists came up with a script. We recorded the pieces to camera in 3 separate locations (within the clinic) using a teleprompter, and we then proceeded to capture b-roll footage of the working environment and the surrounding area.
The video edit that you see above was delivered in less than 2 weeks, including a version of the same video with captions.
